Terms of Service
By accessing or using MONOLITH at monolith.news, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
1. The Service
MONOLITH is a real-time global news intelligence platform operated by Monolith News LLC (Wyoming, USA). It provides live news aggregation, AI-powered analysis, live TV embeds, market data, voice briefings, and related features.
2. Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. One account per person — creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits is a material breach of these Terms.
3. Subscription Tiers and Billing

All payments are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. Your statement will show PADDLE.NET*MONOLITH. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
4. Free Trial
New Pro subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. No charge is made during the trial. At the end of the trial, your subscription converts to paid automatically unless you cancel first. One trial per person per email address.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain Pro access until that date. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.
6. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- Use automated tools to scrape or harvest content
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, access controls, or trial restrictions
- Share account credentials with others
- Attempt unauthorised access to any part of the Service
- Use the Service to build a competing product without written permission
- Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or obscene in community features
7. AI Content Disclaimer
AI-generated responses are provided for informational purposes only. They may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. MONOLITH does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI-generated content. AI output does not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice.
8. Intellectual Property
MONOLITH and its underlying technology are owned by Monolith News LLC. News content aggregated from RSS feeds remains the property of the originating publishers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without express written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MONOLITH is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Monolith News LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for material breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that threatens the Service or other users. Paid subscription access continues until the end of the current billing period unless terminated for cause.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the AAA rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
12. Changes to These Terms
We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
